The best new sushi bar coming to downtown Leesburg

Shibuya Sushi & Bar is opening at 101 South King Street in downtown Leesburg, taking over the former Ebisu Sushi & Thai location.

A new sushi restaurant, Shibuya Sushi & Bar, is planning to open at 101 South King Street in downtown Leesburg, the space left empty when Ebisu Sushi & Thai closed.

It is a busy corner spot, across from Shutters on King and diagonally across from Señor Ramon Taqueria. Shibuya is hiring a head sushi chef and applying for its liquor license, the best signs so far that the opening is moving ahead.

No menu, opening date, hours or prices have been released yet. For downtown diners who lost Ebisu, it is the most promising sushi news on King Street.
