Red Ember Hunan Cuisine signs go up at Herndon shopping center

Red Ember Hunan Cuisine has begun buildout of its Herndon location at Village Center at Dulles shopping center on Centreville Road. The exterior sign is now installed and construction is continuing inside the future restaurant space.

The restaurant's website displays renderings of the proposed interior, featuring warm wood tones and soft colors. No opening date has been announced yet.

The menu is expected to showcase dishes from China's Hunan region, with an emphasis on spicy preparations alongside shared plates and vegetarian selections. Specific menu items and pricing details have not yet been disclosed.
