Marbling Korean Steak House: the most anticipated opening in Gum Spring

A Korean steak house called Marbling is coming to 24630 Southpoint Drive in the Gum Spring Village Center in southern Loudoun County. A new sign confirms it is a Korean steak house; no other details are out yet.

The space was home to The Qui Korean BBQ & Bar, which also has locations in Chantilly and Gainesville. The Qui opened there in September 2023, but a dispute with the landlord led to its sudden closure in early 2024, and the storefront has been empty since.

Opening date, menu, hours and prices have not been announced. For South Riding diners, it is the most promising Korean opening nearby, and the best news for the empty storefront since The Qui left.
