H Pot Korean BBQ & Hot Pot in Herndon is getting a renovation, a new name and new menu items. Signs at the restaurant and posts on social media say the work will start in about three months, around the start of 2027.

When the work is done, the restaurant will reopen as Iron Flame Korean BBQ & Hot Pot with added dishes. "A fresh new look, an upgraded menu, and more flavors to enjoy," the signage says.

Until then, H Pot, which opened in 2024, is open as usual under its current name in the Herndon Centre off Elden Street. The best time to try the current menu is before the renovation; the most interesting part to watch for is the new Iron Flame lineup.
