Churasuko Japanese Brazilian Steakhouse in Tysons has introduced an updated menu under new management, with expanded all-you-can-eat tiers offering proteins ranging from grilled meats to seafood and premium cuts.

Churasuko Japanese Brazilian Steakhouse is owned by IVEA Concepts, which also publishes NoVA WTF.
Churasuko Japanese Brazilian Steakhouse in Tysons, which opened in 2025 at 1755 Tysons Central Street, has unveiled a refreshed menu and is operating under new management.
The restaurant operates on an all-you-can-eat model featuring three pricing tiers. The Prestige level includes 14 proteins such as garlic-marinated picanha, jalapeño-seasoned picanha, bacon-wrapped tenderloin, spiced chicken thighs, Brazilian sausage, garlic shrimp, and salmon with miso. The VIP Club and Prestige Club levels add more premium proteins including Wagyu short ribs, duck breast, and lamb chops seasoned with herbs and garlic.
All diners have access to the Market Table & Hot Buffet, which rounds out the meal. The restaurant also offers a full bar program.
The dining concept centers on the Brazilian steakhouse tradition, where servers carve grilled meats directly to diners' tables.
