Chay, a new all-vegetarian and vegan Vietnamese restaurant, will begin a soft opening on October 28, 2026 at Westfields Restaurant & Retail Park in Chantilly. The restaurant serves dishes like Crispy Fried Avocado, Crispy Vegan Shrimp, and Vegan Bì Chay Baguette Sandwich.
Chay, an all-vegetarian and vegan Vietnamese restaurant, is opening its second location in Chantilly at Westfields Restaurant & Retail Park. The new restaurant will hold its soft opening on October 28, 2026 from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.\n\nThe menu features Vietnamese dishes prepared entirely with vegetarian and vegan ingredients. Among the offerings are Crispy Fried Avocado, Crispy Vegan Shrimp, Imperial Mango Salad, and Vegan Bì Chay Baguette Sandwich.\n\nChay's Chantilly location will be at 5005-A Westone Plaza, off State Road 28. The restaurant already operates a location in Falls Church.
