Chantilly's most anticipated Korean fried chicken spot
BHC Chicken, a South Korean fried chicken chain, is opening its second Northern Virginia location at 13960 Metrotech Drive in Chantilly, taking over the former Sirok space. The chain's first region location opened in Arlington earlier in 2026.
BHC Chicken is bringing its Korean fried chicken concept to Chantilly, taking over the space at 13960 Metrotech Drive that was previously occupied by Sirok. The South Korean chain, which has locations across Asia and North America, opened its first Northern Virginia outpost in Arlington earlier this year and is now expanding into Fairfax County.
The menu centers on fried chicken prepared several ways. The best first order is likely the Bburinkle, a fried chicken topped with a cheese coating. Other standout options include the Matcho-King with a soy sauce-like glaze and the Gold-King, which combines soy, honey and garlic flavors. For those preferring simplicity, the classic fried chicken features a lightly seasoned crispy crust. The menu also features other Korean dishes and sides like French fries.
BHC Chicken has 10 locations in the United States, according to its website, with a much larger footprint in Asia, where it maintains restaurants in South Korea, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Taiwan, Indonesia, the Philippines and Vietnam, plus locations in Canada.
The Chantilly location is currently in the permitting phase with Fairfax County as the restaurant works to transition the space from Sirok to the BHC Chicken concept. An exact opening date has not been announced.
