A new bubble tea shop is coming to the Dulles Town Center shopping mall in Sterling, Loudoun County. The mall lists it as Boba Bear Tea; the shop's own TikTok page uses both "Boba Bear Tea" and "Bobba Bear Tea".

A sample menu shows milk teas, fruit teas and smoothies. The milk teas are the best bet for a classic boba order, and the fruit teas are the most refreshing option on the list.

No opening date has been announced.
